Mother of Mars
Ingredients
45ml Juno Gin Extra Fine
15ml maple syrup
2 small cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
1 dehydrated or fresh orange wheel
Method
Pour gin and maple syrup into glass, add ice and stir.
Add desired amount of tonic.
Garnish with cinnamon, star anise and orange wheel.
This is perfect in front of the fire on any night of the week!
