A Father’s Toast

Ingredients

45ml Juno

15ml Lemon Juice

5ml Elderflower Syrup

60ml Brut

Rosemary Sprig

Method

Pour Juno gin, lemon juice and elderflower syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.

Strain into a Champagne flute. Top up the champagne flute with your favourite brut or champagne and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Toast.
