New Old-Fashioned


60ml Juno Gin Extra Fine (purchase here)

1 brown sugar cube

Orange bitters

Garnish: Orange and caramelised orange toffee



Soak sugar cube in bitters (on top of napkin) until absorbed.

Then muddle sugar and gin in a mixing glass.

Top mixing glass with ice. Stir.

Strain into glass.

Top with orange peel twist and candied orange toffee.
