Poet’s Spritz

Ingredients

15ml Aperol

1x Passionfruit

120ml Soda

3x Passionfruit Vine

1x Lemon Slice

Method

Strain one passionfruit into short tumbler glass. Place pulp to the side for garnish.

Add ice, stir until well chilled. Add Juno Gin and Aperol. Add more ice. Top with soda water.

Garnish with lemon slice and passionfruit vines. Using a teaspoon layer the pulp on lemon slice.

Kick back. Relax. Sip. Enjoy.
