50ml Juno Gin Spring 2019 (purchase here)
30ml pink grapefruit juice
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml agave syrup (or honey)
3-4 pink peppercorns
Ice
Method
This delicately refreshing cocktail is the perfect pairing to any sunny day.
Stir in vessel with ice and strain into glass.
Garnish with dehydrated pink grapefruit.
