40ml Juno Gin Spring 2020 (buy now)

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Rosemary infused maple syrup (sugar free is a good option) – pop fresh rosemary sprig into some maple and leave for at least 2 days before making

Dry Prosecco (we chose Bandini)

Fresh rosemary sprig to garnish


Add the gin, lemon juice and maple to a shaker.

Shake hard and quickly, then strain into a flute/champagne glass and top with Prosecco.

Add the rosemary garnish and enjoy!
