Ingredients

3 parts Juno Gin Extra Fine

1 part dry vermouth

Splash olive brine

3x olives on a toothpick

Method

Chill martini glass with ice.

Pour Juno Gin, vermouth and olive brine over ice in a stirring glass.

Stir (not shake).

Empty martini glass of ice.

Strain cocktail into martini glass.

Garnish with olives (on tooth pick).
