Juno Mistletoe

Add ice to a tall glass, pour Juno gin, lime juice, pomegranate juice and soda water in glass.

Stir for twenty seconds until well incorporated.

Pluck 6 to 8 mint leaves and stir through cocktail.

Cut 2 strawberries into quarters and stir through cocktail.

Melt your honey and drizzle over the top of the glass. Garnish with mint sprig and strawberry.
