Summer’s Kiss
Ingredients
60ml Juno Summer 2018
30ml limoncello
30ml lemon
90ml tonic water
Honeycomb, pansy
Add extra honey to taste
Method
Squeeze lemon juice into glass, add ice if desired
Add Juno Summer 2018 Gin, Limoncello and tonic water
Stir ingredients, pinching mint and adding to glass to disburse mint essence
Add honey to taste. Garnish with a piece of honeycomb and a pansy or favourite edible flower of choice
