Winter 2019: Hot Toddy
Ingredients
60ml Juno Gin Winter 2019
30ml lemon juice
200ml boiling water
1tbsp Egmont Honey
A pinch of turmeric
Garnish: lemon & thyme sprig
Method
Combine honey, gin, lemon juice, turmeric and lemon slice.
Stir through boiling water with a cinnamon stick.
Add garnish.
Cosy up in front of the fire. Enjoy!
